Shipping Methods
We currently offer the following shipping options:
Free Shipping (Standard)
Cost: Free
Estimated Delivery Time: 10–15 business days (excluding handling time)
Handling Time: 2 business days
Since all orders are shipped from India, delivery may sometimes arrive earlier or, in rare cases, take slightly longer due to customs or courier delays.
Priority Insured Shipping (Express)
Cost: $8 USD
Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (excluding handling time)
Handling Time: 2 business days
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 09:00 PM (GMT +10 / US Eastern Time – Washington DC) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time
All orders require 2 business days for handling. This includes order verification, packaging, and dispatch. Handling time applies to all shipping methods.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as:
Customs clearance delays
Weather conditions
Courier service disruptions
International Shipping & Customs Duties
We ship internationally.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Copper Healer does not cover or refund any customs-related charges.

Returns & Refunds Policy
How to Start a Return To initiate a return or exchange, email contact@copperhealer.com with your order number within 30 days of receipt. We will provide detailed instructions and the return address.
Buyer Responsibility If you are returning an item because you are unhappy with the product, please note that we do not assume liability for the return process. The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. Once the item is successfully delivered back to us and inspected, we will issue your refund.
Condition of Items Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings, cosmetics, and personalized items are ineligible for return.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, notify us at contact@copperhealer.com within 30 days with photo/video evidence. We will review your claim within 7 business days to arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations Full refunds are available for cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the standard return process applies once the item arrives.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your returned package.
